I started using Teresa for coordination shortly after joining RA in 2018. She's given me a lot of peace of mind in my transactions. Her follow-up with my clients, the title company, and the lender has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Most of the time, we correspond via email, but on the occasions when I had a bit of an emergency and needed to call her, she was always ready to assist. I also appreciate how she proactively emails me her schedule if she'll be out of the office for some reason and provides me with an alternative person I could send a contract to if need be. In 2018, I made the decision in order to elevate my business to the next level, I would put my trust in transaction coordination to help me run my business. I have never once regretted the decision and couldn't feel luckier that Teresa Stamper is my transaction coordinator. Little did I know how much it would change my business for the better. With my clients, Teresa is known as my assistant and right-hand-woman. Whether I'm meeting with a buyer or seller, in my initial meeting I always tell them that once we are under contract, my assistant Teresa Stamper will be taking us through the contract timeline and all the way to closing. Knowing that Teresa has my back, gives me room to concentrate on what's important - my client relationships. My most memorable moment was when I was on vacation out of state. The repair negotiation period was coming to a close and negotiations with the buyer and seller were getting tense. I was in the mountains on a much-needed vacation.
