I started using Teresa for coordination shortly after joining RA in 2018. She's given me a lot of peace of mind in my transactions. Her follow-up with my clients, the title company, and the lender has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Most of the time, we correspond via email, but on the occasions when I had a bit of an emergency and needed to call her, she was always ready to assist. I also appreciate how she proactively emails me her schedule if she'll be out of the office for some reason and provides me with an alternative person I could send a contract to if need be. In 2018, I made the decision in order to elevate my business to the next level, I would put my trust in transaction coordination to help me run my business. I have never once regretted the decision and couldn't feel luckier that Teresa Stamper is my transaction coordinator. Little did I know how much it would change my business for the better. With my clients, Teresa is known as my assistant and right-hand-woman. Whether I'm meeting with a buyer or seller, in my initial meeting I always tell them that once we are under contract, my assistant Teresa Stamper will be taking us through the contract timeline and all the way to closing.
