Teresa Stamper, a licensed REALTOR® since 2002, boasts a rich history of success in real estate, initially excelling as a highly productive agent. Evolving into a coordinator, she honed her craft as an operations manager for Realty Austin’s dynamic team after years spent as an entrepreneur and administrative assistant in thriving small businesses. These experiences finely tuned Teresa’s organizational prowess, streamlining tasks and perfecting her workflow.
For seven years, Teresa thrived as a Transaction Coordinator at Realty Austin, culminating in her role as Team Lead before founding Capital City Coordination in 2023.
Driven by a passion for real estate and a keen vision for elevating transaction coordination services, Teresa discovered her knack for delivering top-tier contract-to-close support. Her genuine delight lies in empowering agents with unparalleled service and heightened productivity.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Teresa cherishes her marriage since 1992 and takes immense pride in her three vibrant children, even embracing the role of a proud Grammie in 2020. Both Teresa and her husband, cancer survivors, find solace and joy in CrossFit, community engagement, and indulging in MMO gaming during their leisure moments.
As a native Austinite, Christy brings 30+ years of local knowledge to Capital City Coordination. As a licensed REALTOR®, Christy began her real estate career in 2013, managing a private investor’s residential and commercial properties. In 2017 she transitioned into listing management and contract to close for one of the top teams at Keller Williams. In July of 2019, she joined to Realty Austin, allowing her to not only help the ones closest to her buy and sell real estate but also to work in a position she could be passionate about and that supported her in growing professionally. She is now the lead listing coordinator and transaction coordinator with Capital City Coordination. With a background in marketing and photography, she thrives on being creative and designing listings that stand out against the rest. Outside of working hours she loves spending time with her husband (Justin) and children (Megan, Matt, and Jameson), traveling to new places, and going to the lake.
Aaron is a highly accomplished listing coordinator with a proven track record in the real estate industry since 2018. Originally from Austin, he brought his extensive expertise to Houston in 2022, joining the newly founded Capital City Coordination. His journey began at Socius Real Estate, where he adeptly managed transactions and supported agents, laying a strong foundation for his career. Advancing to a listing coordinator role at Realty Austin in 2021, Aaron played a pivotal role in marketing listings and aiding in successful sales, demonstrating his deep knowledge and experience in the field.
At Capital City Coordination, Aaron continues to shine as a listing coordinator, collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional real estate services. His dedication extends beyond his professional achievements; as a committed father and an inspiring leader, Aaron’s unwavering dedication to his work makes him a trusted partner in all real estate matters. His journey from a diligent real estate assistant to a key figure in real estate coordination is a testament to his skill, dedication, and leadership in the industry.
Lisa Westwood is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, boasting nearly 20 years of diverse experience. Her journey in this field began in 2006, focusing initially on foreclosure asset management and real estate title operations in Denver and Austin. Lisa honed her skills for a decade as an Asset Manager, where she adeptly handled marketing, managing, and negotiating on behalf of major banks. Following this, she dedicated over five years to delivering outstanding service in the real estate title sector. In 2018, Lisa expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed Realtor. She is known for her comprehensive industry knowledge and meticulous attention to detail in every transaction she oversees.
Away from her professional life, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. The family shares a passion for exploring local trails with their golden retriever, Scout. Lisa is also actively involved in her children’s education, volunteering as a literacy partner at their school. Additionally, she values her fitness routine, regularly attending gym sessions with her friends.
