Lisa Westwood serves as the Assistant Operations Manager and Transaction Coordinator Team Lead at Capital City Coordination, where she plays a key role in supporting REALTORS® and mentoring transaction coordinators throughout Texas. As a licensed Texas REALTOR®, Lisa combines nearly two decades of real estate experience with exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Lisa began her real estate career in 2006, building a strong foundation in foreclosure asset management, REO operations, and real estate title services in both Denver and Austin. For more than ten years, she successfully managed marketing, negotiations, timelines, and transactions on behalf of major financial institutions, developing a deep understanding of real estate contracts, compliance, and transaction management.

She later spent more than five years in the Texas title industry, working closely with REALTORS®, lenders, buyers, sellers, and escrow professionals to help ensure smooth, successful closings. In 2018, Lisa became a licensed Texas REALTOR®, further strengthening her ability to understand the transaction from every perspective.

Since joining Capital City Coordination, Lisa has become an integral part of the company’s continued growth. She was promoted to Transaction Coordinator Team Lead and now serves as Assistant Operations Manager, working alongside founder Teresa Stamper to support coordinator training, operational consistency, customer success, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Her leadership helps ensure every client receives the high level of service Capital City Coordination is known for.

Lisa specializes in contract-to-close transaction coordination, contract compliance, transaction management, listing coordination support, and operational workflow development. She is passionate about helping REALTORS® reduce administrative stress so they can focus on serving their clients and growing their businesses with confidence.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their golden retriever, Scout. Whether exploring local trails, volunteering as a literacy partner at her children’s school, or staying active at the gym with friends, Lisa values family, community, and lifelong learning.
