Meet Greg Stamper
Greg Stamper serves as the Technology, Operations & Finance Manager at Capital City Coordination, where he oversees the company’s technology infrastructure, financial operations, workflow automation, and business systems while supporting the team of licensed transaction and listing coordinators who serve REALTORS® throughout Texas.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Greg is a proud United States Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and technology leader with decades of experience in enterprise systems engineering, software architecture, business operations, and digital marketing. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about using technology to simplify complex processes, improve efficiency, and help businesses grow.
Before joining Capital City Coordination, Greg founded and successfully operated a website development and SEO company, growing the business to a team of more than 20 employees. For over seven years, he helped companies build a stronger online presence through custom website development, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and innovative technology solutions. That entrepreneurial experience continues to shape the way Capital City Coordination approaches technology, automation, AI, and online visibility today.
Working alongside founder Teresa Stamper, Greg oversees the technology and operational systems that keep Capital City Coordination running efficiently behind the scenes. From workflow automation and reporting to cybersecurity, business systems, financial operations, and process improvement, he continually develops solutions that allow the team to provide a seamless experience for both REALTORS® and their clients.
Greg also plays an important leadership role in supporting and training Capital City Coordination’s Listing Coordination Team. Working closely with Listing Coordinator Team Lead Christy Buchanan, he helps coordinators leverage technology, AI-powered tools, and streamlined workflows to improve listing management, optimize marketing processes, and enhance the overall client experience. His focus is always on using technology to support people, not replace them, allowing the team to spend more time delivering exceptional service and helping agents present every listing at its very best.
As Capital City Coordination continues to grow, Greg is constantly researching emerging technology, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital marketing strategies that help the company remain at the forefront of the real estate transaction coordination and listing coordination industry. His innovative mindset ensures the company continues to evolve while maintaining the personalized, relationship-driven service clients have come to expect.
Greg and Teresa have been happily married since 1992 and have built both a family and several successful businesses together. They are proud parents of three children and grandparents who enjoy traveling between Texas and Costa Rica, spending time with family, embracing new technology, and continually finding ways to improve both business and everyday life.
