April Costenbader is a Listing Coordinator at Capital City Coordination, where she helps REALTORS® throughout Texas prepare, manage, and launch listings with precision, organization, and exceptional customer service. As a licensed Texas REALTOR®, April combines years of real estate experience with a passion for helping agents create a seamless listing experience from pre-listing through MLS activation.

A proud Austin native, April brings extensive knowledge of the Central Texas real estate market along with nearly two decades of experience building long-term client relationships through personalized, detail-oriented service. Her calm, professional approach and exceptional communication skills make her a trusted resource for both agents and clients.

April began her real estate career in 2019 and quickly established herself as a skilled listing professional. Before joining Capital City Coordination, she served at Spyglass Realty, one of Austin’s premier real estate brokerages, where she managed a high-volume listing and transaction team. There, she coordinated every aspect of the listing process, including MLS management, listing compliance, marketing preparation, photography scheduling, contract timelines, vendor coordination, and communication between agents, clients, contractors, and title companies.

She is passionate about creating organized systems that help REALTORS® stay ahead of deadlines while ensuring every listing is professionally presented, accurate, and ready for a successful launch. Her proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail allow agents to focus on growing their business while knowing every listing is being managed with care.

As part of Capital City Coordination’s experienced team of licensed real estate professionals, April works closely with Listing Coordinator Team Lead Christy Buchanan to deliver the exceptional service the company is known for throughout Texas. Whether coordinating photography, preparing MLS drafts, managing timelines, reviewing listing details, or communicating with vendors, April is committed to providing a smooth, stress-free experience that reflects positively on every REALTOR® she serves.

Outside of work, April enjoys volunteering with shelter dogs, exploring interior design, and finding creative ways to transform living spaces. She loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their two dogs, especially during family trips to Port Aransas, where they enjoy making lasting memories together.
