Jeanna Syers Bio

Jeanna brings more than 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and operations support. She began her career in banking with Moody National Bank and Sterling Bank before transitioning into the funeral services industry, where she served as the pre-need accountant for Hayes Funeral Home and Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.

Throughout her career, Jeanna has built a reputation for accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. She worked closely with auditors from the Texas Department of Banking and consistently helped maintain positive audit results through her thorough and dependable work ethic.

As Capital City Coordination’s first Operations Coordinator, Jeanna supports the behind-the-scenes processes that help keep our team running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Jeanna has been married for 20 years and is the proud mom of four children, including two adult children and two teenagers. She is also a former business owner who values family, commitment, and building strong relationships both personally and professionally.
