These experiences finely tuned Teresa’s organizational prowess, streamlining tasks and perfecting her workflow.

For seven years, Teresa thrived as a Transaction Coordinator at Realty Austin, culminating in her role as Team Lead before founding Capital City Coordination in 2023.
