Teresa Stamper is the founder and owner of Capital City Coordination, one of Central Texas’ leading transaction coordination companies, providing professional transaction coordination, listing coordination, and contract compliance services for REALTORS® throughout Austin, Central Texas, and across Texas.

A licensed Texas REALTOR® since 2002, Teresa brings more than two decades of real estate experience to every transaction. She began her career as a successful real estate agent before transitioning into operations and transaction management, where she discovered her passion for helping agents build more efficient, organized, and profitable businesses.

Before founding Capital City Coordination in 2023, Teresa spent more than seven years as a Transaction Coordinator and Team Lead at Realty Austin, one of Texas’ largest residential brokerages. During her tenure, she helped manage thousands of successful transactions while mentoring coordinators, refining operational systems, and developing streamlined contract-to-close processes that agents could depend on.

Teresa’s diverse background as a REALTOR®, entrepreneur, operations manager, and small business owner gives her a unique perspective on the real estate industry. She understands firsthand the challenges agents face and has built Capital City Coordination around one simple mission: to become a true extension of every agent’s business by providing responsive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

Today, Teresa leads a team of experienced, licensed transaction coordinators who help REALTORS® stay organized, meet critical deadlines, reduce administrative workload, and deliver an outstanding client experience from listing to closing. Capital City Coordination has earned a reputation for providing reliable contract-to-close transaction coordination, listing coordination, and real estate contract compliance services that allow agents to focus on growing their business and serving their clients.

Teresa has been happily married to her husband, Greg, since 1992. Together they have three wonderful children and are proud grandparents. Both Teresa and Greg are cancer survivors who enjoy CrossFit, traveling between Texas and Costa Rica, spending time with family, and giving back to their community.
