Mirna Bell is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Transaction Coordinator at Capital City Coordination, where she helps REALTORS® throughout Texas successfully manage transactions from contract to closing with professionalism, precision, and exceptional customer service.

Having lived on four continents, Mirna brings a unique global perspective to the real estate industry while understanding that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful transaction. Guided by integrity, loyalty, respect, and the Golden Rule, she is passionate about creating positive experiences for agents, clients, and everyone involved in the transaction process.

With more than a decade of experience in Texas real estate, Mirna has developed expertise in every stage of the transaction lifecycle. She began her career as a licensed REALTOR®, gaining firsthand knowledge of representing buyers and sellers before expanding her experience into contract compliance, where she spent more than two years ensuring transactions met brokerage and regulatory requirements. Her dedication to continuing education has earned her multiple real estate designations as well as her Texas Broker License, providing her with an advanced understanding of contracts, compliance, risk management, and real estate operations.

At Capital City Coordination, Mirna specializes in contract-to-close transaction coordination, contract compliance, transaction management, document review, and client communication. Her meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication help REALTORS® stay on schedule, reduce administrative stress, and provide a seamless experience for their clients from executed contract through closing.

Mirna is fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic, with conversational knowledge of French, allowing her to communicate effectively with clients and professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her multilingual abilities, combined with her international life experiences, enable her to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized support to a wide range of clients.

Outside of work, Mirna enjoys spending quality time with her family, entertaining friends, and sharing her love of cooking. She also enjoys crafting, reading, and watching movies. Whether at home or at work, Mirna believes the strongest relationships are built through kindness, trust, and genuine care for others.
