Our Services

Capital City Coordination Transaction Coordinators are licensed in the state of Texas, have sold Real Estate prior to becoming a TC full time. They are highly skilled Coordinators that you can hire to help with your buyer and seller contracts and seller listing agreement. Our team of Listing Coordinators are creative and knowledgeable & efficient with MLS entry. The LC has a minimum of required marketing experience and or listing coordination experience prior to joining Capital City Coordination.

  • Review existing documents for completion and accuracy
  • Email agent a transaction email with a list of any corrections or missing compliance items
  • If the TC has access to your platform – Invoices sent to the landlord / listing agent for leased properties
  • Create and enter transactions and supporting information into Agents brokerage platform (if applicable)
  • Document management via google drive and or Agents preferred platform
  • Secure all compliance items for file approval as needed
