I started using Teresa for coordination shortly after joining RA in 2018. She's given me a lot of peace of mind in my transactions. Her follow-up with my clients, the title company, and the lender has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Most of the time, we correspond via email, but on the occasions when I had a bit of an emergency and needed to call her, she was always ready to assist. I also appreciate how she proactively emails me her schedule if she'll be out of the office for some reason and provides me with an alternative person I could send a contract to if need be.
